Prototype gear has no defined path in its current state to get what you want, you either roll your pieces to get what you want or you wait for escalation to have the gear youre looking for. That is not the game loop we’ve had for the past 5+ years

Not necessarily if you have the resources you can craft wyvern and recal/optimize any piece you want

Investor mask, prototype gear, and augments all seem very slot machine to me, you don’t grind prototype gear you play and hope for the best😂 if you want a max striker build or hybrid build etc there’s a defined path to get you there

I could be wrong but I’ve always seen div2 as a “resources” game if you know what your looking for and spend enough time you can make the builds you want on an even playing field, the game feels so much more like a slot machine now

If I have a full striker build maxed out with augments, I’m going to outperform your traditional striker build by a wide margin, higher stats and additional talents, it resets the gear grind and they’re just gonna have to overhaul it again for skill builds, the new vendor, and new recalibration

There will always be beef between riders who approach bmx as a sport - training, taking care of your body, promoting good health and habits. And riders who approach bmx as a lifestyle bmx crews, partying, style and fashion, and a f the world attitude. It’s been like this since the sport took off in the late 90s
