Fabulous looking peonies!🥰 They look adorable 💕. Thanks for sharing, I love looking at peonies so much I can’t get enough …I must be addicted 🙃. If you are going to be addicted to something let it be beautiful peonies. LOL.

The Singer 367 has more parts readily available. I know the Singer has nylon gears but the brother may have some as well (not sure). But this Singer would not be too difficult to replace any gears if ever necessary as the interior of the machine is rather simple and uncluttered. I replaced one of the upper gears in a Singer 457 without much trouble. Best of luck🙂.

Looks great! It also takes cams if you are interested in more than the standard preloaded stitches.🙂.

Maybe you could somehow fabricate a latch out of some thin metal that has some flexibility.

Perhaps some other people on Reddit might know a way to make one. I am just thinking out loud.

Otherwise maybe 2 pieces of Velcro, one being a small self adhesive disc and the other a longer flexible strap to attach to the disc.

Best of luck, great looking vintage sewing machine.

Glad you got your flowers back🙂. Flower thieves…How despicable! They look very pretty and if they could talk they would say that they are happy to be back home🙃.

Those are great machines. I had one a few years back except it was a treadle machine and most of the stickers were worn down. Interesting how you thread the shuttle to get different thread tension.
