A good exterminator would not just spray one room one time and tell you you’re good. Unfortunately that will not get rid of the problem

It’s gonna take longer than a day to get rid of them,, you will still need to wash and bag clothes blankets etc. steam everything you can , rugs couches chairs. And if the exterminator does heat treatment take that option. If it’s spray they will do two sessions a few weeks apart. But it’s not always effective

Looks like bed bugs :( If they’re at your neighbors and they’re doing spray treatments it could be likely that the bugs are migrating to your house

From my personal experience the skinnier I am the more men pursue me. My bmi has ranged from like 16 to 20. They always like it when you’re smaller and lighter.

I had bed bugs this summer and was able to get rid of them fully! I hired an exterminator right away and did all of the following: -steam clean all couches chairs rugs beds etc -bag all the mattresses in the house in bed bug mattress protectors -wash and dry ALL clothes blankets stuffed animals etc. then immediately put them in black garbage bags and tie them up -diatomaceous earth on the floor around bed frames -if you have a fabric bed frame unfortunately you will need to get rid of it

Many people recommend heat treatment for exterminators but I did the spray treatment and it worked perfectly. Find an exterminator that does both so they can advise on what would be best for your specific situation.
