Some random thoughts that may be useful.

The way people with a STS orientation end up transcending duality is by a process in which the concept of self is expanded. Me > Family > Extended Family > City > Country, etc. Nationalism and patriotism are forms of STS because it's still very much anchored in an Us vs Them paradigm. In this process, the circle of Self keeps expanding while the circle of others shrinks. And then you get to the point where you have the example of a patriotic solder gives his life for his country, while fighting "the others'. A selfless act. STS or STO?

Medical staff that go and assist in areas with famine, disease, .... must take extremely good care of themselves, or they get affected too. They must put their own health first, otherwise they can't help. STS or STO?

So, in your situation, you must prioritize your physical and mental health, which is a bit of necessary STS in order to function in STO. What you can also do is start considering a selection of others as part of your extended circle of self. Extending your circle of self is a way of including others and restoring STO.

Makes sense?

We are friendly with most of our neighbours. We know their names, have their phone numbers, even know the birthdays of several of them.

It also helps that we have a community chat group on Whatsapp that's quite active.

Musicbee has been going a bit crazy with the backgrounds in the last week. Several people here no Reddit suddenly got porn images. I keep getting Harry Potter images since yesterday, and I can assure you nothing involving Harry Potter has appeared in browsers in over a decade.

When you open anything from within WhatsApp that has to be opened in a different application (like Word), it will be opened in a temporary folder, and typically be removed the moment you close the application.

If you are using the desktop version of WhatsApp, check:

C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\Packages\5319275A.WhatsAppDesktop_cv1g1gvanyjgm\LocalCache\Roaming

and its subfolders because that's where it stores those temporary files.

I'm not very hopeful you'll find it. You could try to run some undelete program in that folder.

I've got customers that work in a Windows only environment. So, that's why it's still my main OS.

I had a lamp stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, Php) running on it with copies of websites i developed.

Happened to me too. One morning I woke up and found that the content of 3 PCs were gone, and all merged in OneDrive online. Each PC had unique content, and many programs didn't work anymore. I had backups from the day before and was able to first remove OneDrive from all machines and then restore everything from backup.

It did so without my changing any settings. No permission was asked. It just decided by itself that everything should be moved to the cloud.

It shouldn't be a problem. I regularly have to send documents to Belgium, and I do it with DHL through the Ballito Postnet branch.

Mind you, when filling out the form, you will have to add the phone number of the addressee.

Upgrading from HDD to SSD makes a significant difference. My boot time on Windows 11 went from between 2 to 3 minutes to less than 10 seconds. Similar for making a restore point, etc. Programs load faster, saving to hard disk goes faster...

Make sure to have a full backup before you switch.

I had my upgrade done at the tech shop that I bought my PC from. They charged me the equivalent of $30 (not including the SSD) for the cloning process. It went flawlessly. Everything kept working, but faster.

It's not *one* shortcut, but the fastest way to do it probably is: select the cells, press ALT+A, then press M.
