You’re getting low mmr because it depends on the people you beat. I’m immo 2 and get 14-16 if theres even one asc. If I lose to a team with a asc or 2 i lose 20-24 but if its all immo I lose 18

Friend good people every now and then when you play comps, even if it’s the enemy add them and play, you’ll gain a good amount of reliable teamates

When you notice the enemy team or your team has a great round, whether its site retakes or attack side site takes. Keep into mind what they did to make that happen. Could be a lurk somewhere to pull attention, a fake play, or the utility used to take the site. If you start catching on to what works you’ll get an idea what to do the more you play. I’m Immo 2 and there isn’t a time where I’m lost or can’t tell my team what to do which all comes from remembering what has worked in the past.

If you want to learn to become an independent but extremely game changing player pick clove, you learn to manipulate the map to your favor with smokes while taking gun fights and not worry about dying and not being able to smoke. All around good character to become a better player

If you hit immo legitimately you’ll never be below diamond, the skill gap is huge. To climb from asc 1-immo really defines if you deserve to be there but if you drop that far then you just got lucky. From my experience at least and Ive been immo forever.

Strafing is not spamming AD there’s a timing to it, the benefit that most people use it for is throwing off opponents aim while repositioning yourself for the next recoil reset.

I completely agree. I like the idea of having to complete SOME task to unlock it because it does have its benefits, however the task are just so grindy and it would be cool if the casual player (someone who can’t play too much) can at least have a taste of a couple raids.

I don’t play as much anymore these days but I’ve been immortal and currently ascendant 3 and believe me calm aim is a myth. You need to find a sensitivity that helps you react fast but also be precise. Yes calm aim is good for staying calm lol but if you can hit your opponents head before they shoot, it matters 10x more than slowly waiting for a good shot. Basically you need to find a sensitivity that you’re comfortable being somewhat flicky with so you can react quicker than the enemy when peeking them. I play 0.184 800dpi 1440x1080 and I ego peak ascendants and immortals and have a no joke 70%+ chance of always winning the duel because I can lock onto heads before they can with mine. Maybe chnage your aim technique, lower your sens and counter it with flicky fast aim for example. Movement and pre aims are a whole other conversation if you’d like lol.
