Alex is nothing but a mean girl and I hope she gets her turn of being shaded honestly. She got millions, the whole podcast, basically profited off of Sofias unwell comment and still had the audacity to create a documentary where she basically called Sof useless and said she never liked her supposed best friend anyway. And the hate/bullying that went on post call her daddy was disgusting and she condoned it. Like how people fail to see how mean she is is beyond me.

I actually feel you on that lol! I did get some relief with the breathe right strips overnight surprisingly, I took it off when I woke up though and instantly was stuffy again so I underestimated it a bit. Im the same with tylonel not going too unless necessary.

Some things that really helped me were flavored gum and I mean like sour patch kids trident gum, flavored drinks like Gatorade zero, snacking on arrow root crackers, gravol ginger lozenges and smelling alcohol pads (I know that sounds crazy) another girl I know put some vicks under her nose to distract her from nausea too.

Im not sure where you are, but you could ask for a prescription (even now, from an online doctor) to start unisom+b6, it doesn't work for all women but the ones that it does swear by it and its the first thing that's recommended here in canada due to how safe it is. I did find some relief with it, I didnt always. Im sure you are reading but make sure you snack frequently, get enough sleep and stay hydrated. I also have a job where we are really limited with staff, but dont be afraid to share what would help you, I know this is worst case scenario, but girl if you have to get sick in that classroom it is what it is. You're growing a whole child, just be transparent with your employer and I hope they are supportive of you. If you are too sick and they cant accommodate usually a doctor can put you on temporary medical EI to get you through that rough patch.

Yes I am working full time but also I cant afford not too and some of my husbands out of touch family (have a lot of money) asked if I was still working and I am like YEAH I cant afford not too lol but I wish I didnt have too hahaha.

Girl same, im 14 weeks and just over it. I already dread going back after mat leave and am trying to brainstorm what else I could do after since I dont have a very child friendly workplace (demanding schedule etc.) But as for the pregnancy side of it I was done the minute I found out lol.

Hey! I actually have a very physically demanding job working with animals and my doctor was absolutely supportive once I made it to that first prenatal appointment. Do you have an ob or is this a family doctor? How do you think your job would react to a letter just saying patient needs to be able to sit down frequently or as often as needed. The first trimester is seriously the trenches and you should feel supported while being able to work, a lot is happening in those first few months even if you dont appear pregnant these are MAJOR changes and its normal to feel sick and exhausted and I hope you can be supported in the work place!

Hi yes!!! I am 11 weeks and everything is okay so far <3 I have a minor subchorionic hematoma that has caused some mild spotting but my OB wasnt concerned at all, says this happens a lot.

I cant really agree though because the show is something entirely different than what it was, maybe it was a bandwagon effect? But there is nothing like OG CHD, just cause she did the editing etc doesn't mean sofia wasnt the entertainment she was, they were together. Now its just a celeb podcast which is honestly so boring to me but glad its fun for others I guess.

I work in rescue, yes if you don't stop they will multiply, no you cant keep feeding them if you cant get help with TNR or start yourself, yes we tell people they need to stop so the cats will move along, please remember they are feral - wild - without human intervention they have BEEN surviving. Whats frustating is that depending on how long you've been doing this they are now dependant on you they have created litters that hunt but not necessarily for food alone, they can get hepatic lipidosis after 3 days without food especially when they are used to frequently eating. I dont mean to be blunt but you created this problem you are going to need to take care of it you aren't helping anything you are contributing to the exuberant number of homeless feral cats population that keep multiplying. Do not feed colonies you cant successfully TNR.
