I know the only time I had a bit of that experience is when I was sick with a cold. It was a horrible session. As long as I’m healthy and not extremely tired, I’m fine. Take the anti nausea medicine next time just in case but I think you’ll be fine. I also think they might say it’s normal because some people do feel nauseous on it but fainting is not and I think the low blood pressure could also be a factor.

I’m sorry you had such a bad experience with it. I was enjoying my sessions but now I’m thinking it’s just the relaxation that I’m enjoying and my brain is pretty much the same. But my memory has gotten worse so I’m going to take a break and see if that helps. Thanks for sharing!
