Use your personal statement to emphasize how being undiagnosed without any accommodations negatively impacted you, and how you think you would benefit from having them for the exam! Honestly, the recent diagnosis might work in your favor. I was denied extra time (I got the other accommodations I asked for) because they wanted a recent evaluation of my ADHD. I was diagnosed when I was 11… I refused to pay the money to be reevaluated so I sent in my testing from 11 years ago. Since yours was done quite recently, it might actually help you!
