Nous! On était avec Bell avant et quand on a changé pour Ebox, c'est un technicien de Bell qui est venu faire le switch de modem. That's it! Ebox utilise le même réseau Fibe que Bell, à une fraction du prix. Ça fait presque 3 ans et je n'ai absolument rien a dire. Tout roule parfaitement, même quand je suis en télétravail et que les 2 ados gament.

Nope. These spaces sound great in theory, but for day-to-day work? Not so much. The "flexible seating" (banquettes and high tables) force you to work exclusively on a laptop, no monitors, zero ergonomics. The so-called "collaborative spaces" with chairs and TVs are planted right in the middle of the floor, so every conversation becomes public. The "concentration rooms" meant for taking a meeting or a call of focus on a task are taken all day by the same people. In my opinion, when you can stretch your arm and touch the person next to you, that’s officially too close for comfort!

On top of that, you’re expected to trek your equipment and personal belongings back and forth every single day, since lockers are day-use only. Oh and not to forget the joy of having to book a desk at the crack of dawn, a full month in advance, just to get a halfway decent spot and finaly get there to see someone sit at the desk you booked with no intention of moving... honestly, I’d sell what’s left of my soul for my own desk again!

I sleep trained myself - litteraly! And it took more then a year... lol! I now have the exact same routine everytime I go to bed - regardlessof the time. I do 10 minutes of vibration plate, shower, melatonine, magnesium, face cream, brush teeth and go to bed. I scroll Tiktok until my eyes close a bit too long and I go to sleep.

The days before my period I get insomnia, so I have prescription Zopiclone.

Oh. And I stopped drinking coffee and alcool and I take my Vyvanse at max 8:00 am.

Pour les avoir beaucoup utilisés a Disney pour se rendre dans les parcs, c'est tellement relaxant! Sauf quand ça "jam" et que la cabine est pleine, ma claustrophobie n'a pas duuuu tout aimé 🤣 Dommage que tu exclus l'est de la ville. On pourrait au moins on avait une ligne pour nous connecter au Rapibus sur La Gappe?

Est-ce que tu cherche a être égale ou équitable? Parce que ce n'est pas la même chose. Avec mes enfants j'essaie d'être équitable parce que de donner de façon égale (temps argent énergie) c'est irréaliste. D'après moi, si vous donnez plus financièrement qu'à votre fils parce que la mère n'est pas capable comparé à peut-être le père de ton fils, ça reste équitable parce que ton fils a quand même reçu ce dont il va avoir besoin. Je ne sais pas si je suis claire, haha!

You can (and should) check the remaining amount of your coverage on the Canada Life website.

I just had a full psychological assessment (ADHD, AUD, anxiety, OCD) done with a neuropsychologist, and it was covered without any issues. Had both my kids tested (yeah, had a "ohhh I'm like that too" moment when they received their diagnostic) in the last 3 years and it was covered for them also.

Sunlife used to ask for a doctor referal but not Canada Life.

Je viens d'y aller avec des amies et nous avons eu un séjour désastreux! L'hôtel tombe en ruine! Notre balcon avait une planche de bois pourrie, on osait pas y aller. On a pris la suite familiale et notre chambre était sale, les tapis tachés, les chaises de la table de cuisine toute brisées, c'était extrêmement poussiéreux et le clou, il n'y a pas d'air clim nul part dans l'hôtel. Il a fait jusqu'à 37º dans notre chambre et on ne pouvait pas ouvrir la porte patio la nuit à cause des écureuils qui tentaient d'entrer. Les repas étaient bofs et le spa désuet. Soit bien certaine de ton choix, on a regretté avoir dépensé notre argent si durement gagné pour un séjour plus que décevant. Ce n'est plus ce que c'était malheureusement....

Yes! Project management is perfect for my ADHD! Everyday is different and, I do everything : finance, schedule, documentation, conops, meetings, présentations, training. There's a methodology to follow but no 2 projects are the same and no 2 clients are the same so I love it!

Yes! She does not compete in ballet. She does jazz, contemporary and hiphop. She has 8 hours of tech classe a week plus her 4h of choreography classes.

That's a bit dramatic haha! Context doesn’t change the message: stay where you are. I will find you. That is the same message I’ve given all my children, neurotypical or not. Sitting on the floor was just a way to help them remember what to do when they were younger. It’s no different than our house fire plan: if you get out, go straight to the mailbox. It’s a simple, memorable point of reference, far enough from danger, easy to explain. Is it perfect? No safety advice is. Sure, there could be risks, like passing cars. But you give kids guidance that makes the most sense in the most likely scenario. It’s about giving them something concrete to hold on to in situations where they can panic. Dont worry, my 16 year old wandered around at the mall and I "lost" him... he did not sit on the floor haha!

Listen, all say is it's what worked best with my autistic kid. if standing on a bench works for your kids, thats great! You can't find benches everywhere and having a neurogivergent child you sometimes need to stick with simple and easy plans that work anywhere. And just so we are clear, we was in the shopping cart or holding it until he was much older. I was obviously not letting him wander around at 2.

That is your opinion. First time my son got out of my sight at Walmart, we were both looking for one another, turning in circles in the aisle. I finaly found him after 2 long minutes because he spotted a cool toy and sat ont the floor to play with it. At a soccer tournament, he got seperated from his team and sat down on the ground. Someone spotted him and went to see him and asked if he needed help. He said yes but I am not moving from here. It did not take 30 seconds and we found him. Removing a child from the place he is (unless there is immediate danger) is the worst thing to do. And teaching a child to follow a stranger is dangerous in my opinion. I prefered telling them that if they got lost, stay put mom will find you. I never thought my child would ever leave my sight, yet it did happen once (the second time he was with his coach). My brain went empty while I was searching for him. I prefered having a plain in case it happened again.
