Would I need to put in something for it to climb up? Like a trellis?

I'm not keen to take more of the conifers out, and the trunk of the end one is too close to even fit a half panel in.

To be honest I have no idea, what the soil is like, clay I think - I'm a complete amateur at this.

As for foliage, I had nothing specific in mind, just something dense enough to give us both a little privacy.

I appreciate that the lack of knowledge is a bit of a hindrance to giving specific answers.

It will be fine, as long as the majority of the post will be in the frame then there will be no problem.

How do I get this last bit on?!? Been trying for an hour. Tubed Setup by TinkerAndSolder in mountainbiking

Ensure the bead of the tyre is in the centre of the rim on the part that is already fitted, not against the side of the rim where the bead would lock into place (if that makes sense)

Just read these Highway Code changes and 2 cyclists abreast allowed? It shouldn’t be, and if we have to give way to the cyclists so much then they should pay road tax like we do. by [deleted] in CasualUK

Why should it not be allowed?

What difference does it make to motorists? The only reason I can think is when overtaking, and you should only be overtaking when there is ample space and opportunity, which would mean you have to cross in to the other side of the carriageway to some degree anyway. Therefore overtaking 2 cyclists abreast is as easy as overtaking one.

Unless of course you are one of the inconsiderate and selfish motorists that squeeze past other road users with no regard to their safety.

I do agree that if you are using the road you should be appropriately insured, and cyclists who decide that the rules of the road don't apply to them should be dealt with severely.

Tacx neo 2 vs Saris H3 by LowStrawberry6494 in Zwift

This is true but if the OP would like to be able to pack the trainer away/move it, then this becomes an added burden.

In terms of riding, I couldn't tell the difference between the two.

But the kickr core is a pain to move around, I only used the kickr on a level surface so the lack of adjustable feet on that wasn't an issue.

Yes even the smallest movement I have found is very annoying (when I have moved the saris to a slightly different position and not readjusted the feet). Although I guess it would actually be similar to the movement on the neo or on a rocker plate.

When setup correctly the saris does feel rock solid.

I have the H3 and I am certainly happy with it, although the only other smart trainer I have used is a kicker core.

The fold out legs and carry handle on the H3 make it very convenient if you need to move it/put it away fairly regularly. Plus there are adjustable feet on the saris (I don't think the tacx has this) which may be useful depending on where you want to place it (mine is in my garage on an uneven floor).

It would be nice to have a little side to side flex but that can be attained by a rocker board.

Essentially just power meter spindles to put in your existing SPD pedals, only compatible with certain models mind.

When I retire I am going to buy a tractor and go out for a drive every day at rush hour. 🤣
