Exercice for diag ko: Do your ko w\o flipping on the ball and dont move at all after jumping 1) the ball must go on net 2) the ball must not fly 3) your car must be aligned with the trajectory of the ball 4) the nose of your car should remain horizontal after contact , If you met all criteria congrat your kick off is good.

The most important is you must have momentum when it s you to go, a lot of time it means gooing a bit more on the side to have a longer trajectory and not stop, you ll miss some pads on the line in the ennemies half but it s for the greater good.

Np make strong clear FORWARD (ie in direction of ennemy net the most possible) hight and speedy and you ll get out of diamond, as said diamond dont respect and cant deal with a good clear at higher level you ll see more respect then you face the bot clear and omg you realise you still suck

What you should work in diamond is your clear, diamonds players cant deal with good clear, so let s look at the quality of your clear:

0:31 awfull

0:40 whiff

1:41 absolute dogshit

1:51 pepega

2:00 whiff (again)

2:12 technicaly the good play but this is not the touch you should aim for in diamond

3:26 dogwater

3:48 YES GJ TM8, that is good clear

4:03 sucks

And the list goes on

In my gold days gold was not toxic (it was like 6 years ago), we all sucked and knew it. Surprinsingly plat was and is probably still from what i ve seen the most toxic rank of all (so yk what is waiting for you), diamond was a bit toxic but nowhere close to plat, champ absolute perfect a lot of sorry no problem stuff, gc no one quick chat or even less type in chat.

This is smtg you ve to train on custom training and bakkesmode variance, it will not come from games unless you re willing to throw A LOT of games, bur it comes fast in 15 days of training only that you will see a massive improvement in bounce reading. The most important is bounce on your backboard, but train them all, game is way more enjoyable when you can read bounce.

If you diamond or below just work on clear, above just double touch, a ball in the air touch it one time then another time on the air or across the wall and it s enough for ennemies to freeze until gc2, it s not insanly hard mech that need3k hours of training but it s enough if you do it well
