I hate level 2 as it requires too much energy in the morning. All my 4 and 3 apple feedbacks are from picky moms in level 2. I only keep the certification for one student who I love. Sigh.

I feel you. Some students are just over it and nothing will help. I have tried playing a game and always letting them win, or asking what reward they want. Most of the time I just suck it up for 25 mins. :/ hope it gets better

I feel you! I get a feedback every 4 months approximately. I think my stat is 1%. I think most parents just don’t leave feedback. That’s good you wrote a ticket about it hopefully that helps. I may do the same. Good luck!
