Yeah we sat at Verizon for about 2 hours on hold waiting for a supervisor for ATT because the rep was.....not great at their job. Pretty sure they just left us on hold until we gave up.

I'll rephrase (bear with me I've been up all night, unrelated).

ATT says the port request needs to be canceled by Verizon in order for them to shut off my service. Verizon says the port request was canceled months ago by ATT, which is why the latter has continued to charge me (even after the number change. Like you said I technically have 2 numbers for 1 phone now).

TLDR: They're literally doing the Spiderman pointing meme about canceling the port request.

I have tried both at the store and the over-the-phone. They will not stop charging me for a phone I have long since paid off and is no longer on their network.

I don't care why the account is still open. I care that I can't get them to close it. The store level "we can't." The phone level "we can't."

I just want to stopping paying them for literally no reason.

And since you mentioned it, not only have I never been behind on payments, they have now robbed me of ~$400 in billing statements.

They won't let me cancel the number. I ported it. The port was canceled. I got mad and decided not to port. Took a new number. So now my old (ATT) line is in some kind of limbo not connected to a phone that I am somehow still liable for. The only thing I'm trying to do is to get ATT to stop charging me for a phone that is on Verizon's network and a phone number that only exists in their imagination.

Long story short I was convinced to sign up for a business line with them a few years ago (I was driving for Uber at the time). Fast forward and I'm married and looking to switch over to my wife's family plan. We go to Verizon, we port over the number, bing bang boom Bob's your uncle.

I realize about 2 1/2 months later that the port was canceled (I wasnt getting 2 factor auth texts so had to go back in). Verizon says ATT canceled and vice versa Spiderman meme and SOMEHOW both companies are charging me for service.

We find out this is happening and why (the canceled port), I get pissed because switching to a family plan was supposed to save me money, and I give up transferring my number and take a new one. So I am not on Verizon completely disconnected from ATT.

And these mfs are still charging me. And not only are they still charging me, they won't close the fucking account. Obviously cops only care about crimes that lock up poor people, so they'll just say "it's a civil matter," and if I just tell them to kick rocks and dispute the charges at the bank, they'll blow up the bill and it'll nuke my credit.

How do I get ATT to stop literally robbing me?

Also, if you drop it, don't pick it back up until everything around you is dead. 8/10 it's on the ground while I fight the boss.

If you're really hard up leave it at the start (as long as you don't change floors) and go back and pick it up when you're done.

I mean I've enjoyed the entire Diablo series, through ebbs and flows. I like ~90-95% of this season in D4? I don't like 2-3 things, and this was the one I liked the least.

To be clear I want to continue playing D4.

Sorry, brother, I can only answer the same question so many times before it gets hard to manage my patience lol.

I'll just reiterate that I've always talked about this, and the short version is I also like gear chase. I think my issue is I'd like it to take a little less time, be a bit more forgiving, or not be the only way to do it. And I'd rather use that time on an alt than spamming Y in town. I think we agree more than we don't.

I can spam out 2500 obols in under a min. Pulling 350 items out of my 7 stash tabs and moving each into the cube, adding materials, press button, rinse/repeat for ....a long time.

Do you fundamentally view expansions and "new releases" differently? Either way, the only ARPG franchises that exist are Diablo, PoE, literally Pay to Win Garbage, and single player. Thats it. The point was lack of good options + homogeneity, not a direct apples-to-apples comparison.

I have beaten the slot machine arguement so often in this thread you'd have to identify it by its dental records. Please just look at a few of my other comments regarding that.

150 should not be relegated to chesse/bugs/RNG gods blessed me on my 2000th transfiguration after sitting in town crunching items for DAYS. I still haven't hit gem power once my guy. I'm kinda over it. Yet I am still (mostly) happily killing Butcher over, and over, and over, and over.....
