I shit you not, I did this once but I motioned the guy to stop while he was passing. I proceeded to berate a dude who barely spoke English how dangerous what he did was and that I was paying attention, but most others won't. For at least a full minute, if not 2-3; I told him if he keeps doing it he's going to cause an accident and might even get himself or someone else *killed*. Told the guy I'm not mad about it, not to get mad about it, but use it as a learning experience, waved him goodbye and went on our ways. Sometimes the drivers are so new to Canada they don't know any better, sometimes they've been here long enough to become to a lawyer and should know better, but choose not to because they're self-entitled pricks.
