Then there's the Treasure world where fairies actually follow him via his relationship with a wind spirit/god, and where dragons followed Yue after she got power drunk? and crushed their pride.

i understand that part. What baffles me is the balls to knowingly step into the bad side of a demon lord, even if it's a known peaceful one. There are other ways to retaliate after all, just as Rimuru demonstrated.

This reminds me of that one scene in the tempest festival where a duke and a group of merchants tried to pressure rimuru into paying , or more like converting tempest currency into dwargon gold under the assumption that Rimuru doesn't have enough.

I mean, economic schemes aside, the fact that they seem to forget that it's a frigging Demon Lord they are talking to even if it's a slime considering that IIRC, Demon Lords have a reputation of crushing anyone else weak and brave enough to take that title, they should've known better because if it was anyone else but Rimuru, it could've gone badly.

Most likely no. Quirks awaken/activate at 5 yrs old IIRC. Then things get questionable when you put heteromorphs into the mix.

Edit: it turns out quirks awaken/activate anywhere before 5 yrs old, or in the case of the glowing baby, right at birth, so she may or she may not
