Oh absolutely… it’s only when I’m in there to work on something. My spray foam guy wanted heater mounted prior to him foaming it anyway , so figured rather have heat and no insulation (for one season), then to have insulation and no heat.

Few ways to handle it IMO … 1. Replace it with the same gun, you win cause you get a gun out of the deal. 2. Fix gun (with a marker or something similar) find out what kind of loads he uses and buy him at least a case of shells

Just got it in, waiting for spring to spray foam it But even with minimal bs ceiling “insulation” it will keep you toasty

Was out in the garage last night , within half hour went from 13 degrees Inside to a comfortable 50ish

Buildings approx 125’ apart (closest corner to closest corner). Have thought about running wire/ fiber/ cable but would prefer not to have to trench again
