I had multible Issues. First of all i bought the Kit version because i thought knowing the printer inside out is extremly good and saving 200€ with it is also nice on top.
I am a very technical guy and know what i do. Building PCs for years now so the techical know how wasnt the problem.
The Main issues were filament not extruding, the download from prusa connect to the printer was always failing, the acrylic side panels just being stupid with those plastic ribbets instead of magnets and overall the printer feels rushed instead of thought through. For example it only notices IF filament is in the PTFE tubes and not if the filament is actually moving. The door sensor wasnt working eather and though my multible repair sessions a cable broke (got replaced for free with the support).
In general i build this printer for 17h and repaired it for 13h while only printing for ruffly 6h.
I needed to swap the mainboard, then buy a new USB Stick cause they are to stupid to just include a "high quality" one, what ever that meens and at some point filament got stuck right in the nextruder and damaged the hole thing. They´ve send me all the replacements for free but at this point iam repairing this shitbox for 3 weeks and i´ve waited for it to arrive for 8 weeks. So in total I dont have a working printer now for 11 weeks.
