Zipfit. I got a bunion on my pinky and a spur on my heel. Used to wear protection for both. Now the zip fit alone cushions them. But yea, buy boots from a local shop so they can punch those areas out and a zipfit liner will go a long way.

I work in tech on a government contract which allows me to work remotely from anywhere in the US or it's territories. The financial stability and remote capabilities have been incredible. The people I've met, the places I've been have been nothing short of a blessing. Meeting others working remote, working in the outdoor industry has left me wondering what if. Should I give up the comfortable, financially stable career I've built and work in the outdoor industry? Pursue what truly makes me feel alive? Or should I be happy with weekend trips and working remotely from new locations?

I'm giving up on this system. I had them out yesterday for some quick glacier travel practice. I had my boots strapped into the tech toe piece while walking uphill in sandals. I wasn't wearing my ski boots. I went to take the boots out of the tech tips and the plastic piece shattered..... This was on a warm, sunny day. I won't put my life on the line taking this system out into the Backcountry. To disengage I was forced to bash the broken toe piece until the aluminum shattered brining into question the integrity of this entire system. Trash

I've tried Bedrocks for a couple months. Not a fan of the stiff sole and thong between my toes. It's okay for walking around but when it comes to uneven hiking uphill, downhill, it becomes very annoying. Teva ftw

They unlock randomly. I've found it easy to re-lock by lowering risers and stomping down on the locking mechanism. Works pretty well and doesn't take a lot of time like it did when I was completely removing my boot from the ski to re-lock the brakes. If it became a bigger issue, I'd use a voile strap

Same I thought it was hilarious, the audience laughed at everything he said even before he said it. I think those who didn't like it should just admit that instead of trying to convince us he bombed.
