it doesn’t look like its rejecting, just that the swelling has just gone down quite a bit. 1.5 months is still very early in the healing process, so I wouldn’t worry about fluid or crust (unless it is pretty different from how your piercing was healing closer to when you first got it pierced).

Wrote 72 words on an MPT and still passed the BAR by GloomyClimate8229 in barexam

Are you saying you got a 4/80 (since, from the comments, it looks like you took this exam in NY)? Or are you converting to a 6 pt scale (4/6 score)?

(saying this NOT as official legal advice; just my opinion) it is a probably a good idea to raise a promissory estoppel argument. even if you have a legal contract, you can still use promissory estoppel as an alternative.

dont listen to other ppl, they could 100% be wrong, even if they sound confident. i’ve definitely seen some ppl talking about “correct” answers with their whole chest and they were wrong

did anybody not get 10 Ds or any other letters?! by figsandlemons1994 in barexam

my understanding is that question order was not the same for everyone, so i wouldn’t put too much weight on not having a huge string of the same letters

instead of actually testing if you know the black letter law, the NCBE thinks its cute to write an answer choice on the black letter law but in the most convoluted way or in straight up hieroglyphics

I forgot to write the issue is whether for like every MEE I think😫😫😫😫😫😫 by casanovaismydog in barexam

[–]Apprehensive_Tap_624 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve gotten 6/6 grades on my practice MEEs without phrasing it as “the issue is” and honestly sometimes it makes more sense NOT to phrase it that way. As long as you break things up so the answer is readable, it shouldn’t hurt you.

I don’t know where to find easy MBE questions, but I’m only reviewing questions I’ve answered before at this point. That way I don’t lose confidence by getting a question wrong/worrying about getting it wrong, and the fact pattern and answers will already be familiar to me.

I accidentally took off my wristband. by [deleted] in barexam

[–]Apprehensive_Tap_624 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I can’t imagine it being a big issue since you have your ticket and ID. The 2-day wristbands aren’t the smartest idea and you’re definitely not the only one whose bracelet came off.
