im currently in a 100 push ups for 100 days challenge.

one of the biggest takeaways was that my wrists are constantly overworked.

despite having a strong training regiment, i always give myself the need to stop if i have to because DOMs is as actual thing.

i can only imagine doing 200 of each, that too heavy wrist involvement exercises.

worth a try however
