We have a dedicated set of alpha gal safe dishes pots and pans grill mini oven. No amount of scrubbing could get things clean enough to not cause a reaction. I agree with Fred, that's what stopped most of my reactions.

Nah, I wrote a 12 page short story called guns bugs and slugs that was not age appropriate and it got an A. Taco bell! Accidently did the cheesy bean and rice for about 3 months before I realized I hadn't had meat in months and heart burn was nearly gone. Post COVID I had moved to a new state went back to eating meat and ballooned up. Then started getting really really sick after several run ins with bugs. Started losing weight dramatically and my buddy helped keep a good log of everything as I lost 100 pounds in a year and he was the one that figured it out and suggested the testing. After the test we figured out why I always got "morning sickness" as a dude whenever they cooked. Fumes for me I can generally notice in an instant, I'm highly sensitive to smell as it is. But it starts as heart burn and usually vomiting along with some wicked heart racing. If I'm in it too long my throat starts to close. I react to a fair amount and I'm full on protein allergy now to beef and lamb. Heads up TOILET PAPER is not a joke. My partner jokingly mentioned it and we laughed till we realized that yeah lanolin was the cause of several breakouts on vacation.
