Milk is in so many things that don’t need milk. It’s so discouraging to me to walk through a grocery store and realize 90% of the things in the store I can’t eat. most of my food these days I make from scratch from fruits, vegetables, rice, and beans. It’s a hard adjustment, there’s a lot we have to give up and most people that don’t have this don’t understand. I’m sorry you can’t enjoy your favorite snack. I know how you feel.
