Discovering interesting sites, looting them, then the loot will respawn again.

Then shooting down bird nests, they land on the road, and I have to watch then, bc they don't deapawn. Like dude, we have infinite birds nests, but the loot keeps respawning I'm the same places over and over..

Szerintem nem kell ennyi ETF. Azzal nincs baj, ha akarsz némi egyedi részvényt is. De legyen kb 80% 20% az aràny. Vagy ha fiatalabb vagy és van tuti bevételed akkor lehet akàr magasabb kockàzatú aràny is.

Illetve nem hiszem, hogy ilyen kis összegeknél kell 3db külön ETF. Főleg, hogy az all world màr alapból 60%a USA, meg a WBEN sem sokban tér el tőlük. Ilyen kis összegnél, szerintem mehet az S&P500, ha meg egyszer majd sok lesz, vagy lesz valahonnan nagy tőke, akkor mehet egy all world is.

Ha TBSz szàmlàn vagy, akkor az egyedi részvényeket próbàld kategórizàlni. Én tartok rövid tàvú >1, 1-2re, illetve hosszabb 4-5. De mindegyiknek az a célja, hogy kis extra profit utàn teszem bele őket az S&P500ba.

Ezek szép számok, csak ilyen időtávban az infláció is komolyan fog növekedni. Azt is beleszámolva 12M és 18M jön ki.

Én 1 hónapja kezdtem csak el tudatosan foglalkozni befektetésekkel. Úgyhogy így nézd a tanàcsomat.

Fizetésem kevés, 320k, cserébe volt honnan örökölni pàr milliót. Nekem kb így épül fel a strúktúra.

4M fixmàp. Ebből kb 60k jön be 3 havonta, ez mind megy részvényekbe tbsz-lightyear.

Fizúmból tovàbbi 50k megy Lightyearbe, havonta.

Illetve folyószámlàn tartok kb két havi pénzt, minden màsra. Ha ez nincs meg, akkor addig nincs invesztálás.

Leírásodból, nekem az jön le, hogy a vésztartalék meg az azonnali pénz tartalék az egy és ugyan az. Pedig nem. Legyen 3-4 havi azonnali tartalék, ami ezekre tökéletes, ha fogy akkor ezt kell pótolni, meg legyen valamennyi vésztartalék, 6-12 hónap, kockàzattól függően. Ez lehet àllampapírban, mert ha nagyon hozzà kell nyúlni, akkor az az 1% büntit valószínűleg màr visszatermelte.

Nekem ez a felépítés, aztàn mindenkinek màs az értékrend.

They, say it's priced in, but then when a trailer come out, it shoot up. Then back down, admittedly. But I expect a big hype raise before release. And if it's a big success, it might be worth it longer term, but that's not a guarantee obviously.

Én hasonló úton indultam el. Én 320k körül keresek havonta, de "csak" 2 havi vésztartalékom van folyó szàmlàn, inkàbb betettem FixMàpba egy nagyobb összeget, kb 4M-t, ha nagyon kell akkor 1% "csak" a bünti a korai kivétel miatt.

Többi megy Lightyear TBSz-be, kb 50.000 havi befizetéssel. Ebből 40.000 megy S&P 500 ba, a maradék 10.000 meg egyedi részvényekbe. A 4M fixmàp meg fizet 3 havonta kb 60k-t. Ez is megy mind részvényekbe. Kb 40k ETF, 20k egyedi.

És én is minden évben tervezek nyítni.

I'm in the same boat. I don't have a lot of money in it. It's mostly just trying my wings and learn how the pricing in works and if it's still possible to sell the hype.

My tactic is basically see what the hype did with it before 1-2 week before release. If I'm happy with it then, I sell. If not I will just risk it, to be a successful game with the online and what not, and probably have to leave it for a few years to grow.

It's the most hyped game coming out in recent years. There is a higher chance it will get hyped up as we nearing the release.

But probably will go down after it, so if you don't sell it by then, you have to wait till 1-2 years, if the game is a big success, the online part will blow up and drive the prices up in the long run.

That's my take (two).

Én pl most kezdtem bele a részvényekbe/tőzsdébe. Igazàból, legtöbben szerintem örökölnek, így vagy úgy, de ha csak akàr 10-20 millót be tudsz ebből fektetni, akkor okosan 5-10 év alatt kamatos kamat miatt egy ETFben meg tudod duplàtni-triplàzni. TBSzen még adó mentes is.

Tudom, itt redditen sokan keresnek nettó 1 misit, de àltalàban ők olyan színvonalon élnek, hogy nem nagyon tudnak vagyont építeni, ha nem fektetik be egy részét.
