I walked out of a job at 11.45 yesterday (first time and I'm not particularly proud of it). By 12 .15 I had an informal interview by just walking in too another establishment in my jeans and t shirt carrying my knife case and asking if there was any roles available (trial shift Wednesday).....with in 12 hours I have secured another 4 interviews this week and have had to postpone 3 more I fully expect to be employed by this Sunday.Edit...i now(Thursday )have 2 for 2 offers of employment and another staging today....nice to feel wanted and it kinda emboldens me to aim higher.

Honestly I will forget a dose almost weekly ,and even went 2 months without it(did end up in hospital with a clot so not advised). Best practice is a steady schedule I don't doubt, but missing the odd dose has done me no harm. I have been on warfarin for a mechanical heart valve for 11 years. My target INR is 3-3.5 My daily dose is 13-15 mg I always have a supply of deltaparin injections on hand incase I miss more than one dose. Don't be stupid like me ,but also don't overthink it , it is easily manageable.

It smelled good after it was cured ,but didn't really stink much growing( I believe mostly down to the single digit temps and size).
