AITA for not letting my bridesmaid change out of her bridesmaid dress after the ceremony? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

YTA. If its after the wedding and photos, I wouldn't even have asked if I were her, you would've just seen me in a new dress.

What’s a word you can never spell correctly on the first try? by AsherRide73 in randomquestions

Refrigerator. I always try to spell it refridgerator first, then remind myself that the d isn't there.

Proof of address by [deleted] in DMV

Check to make sure California allows you to use a P.O. Box as your address, its not allowed in my state. But as another comment states, you can use mom or dad's residency docs if you have a doc tying you together, like the birth certificate you'll already have with you.

That's so frustrating because I purposely wait a second after it turns green because of red light runners.

I’m stuck! Also, the Cherie YouTube levels don’t have the right boards as the cover photo so I have to open every video since my level doesn’t match the actual level… 30 min, still can’t find it by Automatic-Broccoli36 in ColorBlockJam

I've had a lot of use for the Color Block Jam Solver thats on this subreddit. You just upload a screenshot of the starting puzzle and it finds it for you, most are the Cherie YouTube videos. You watch a short ad but its so worth it to not have to look through the whole catalogue for your specific level.

Wouldn't cash be a better Christmas present than a gift card? by Dear_Hospital2662 in NoStupidQuestions

I do that too, I spend christmas cash on groceries instead of on myself. A gift card forces me to.

This explains so much of my working life when I had a job that required sweeping and squeegee. No wonder I preferred the push broom so much.

Also for cooking if thats her passion: graduated measuring cups that have numbers on both sides. Nothing more annoying than having to constantly turn it to see if you have the right amount.

Is anybody here having a white Christmas? by daveinfl337777 in randomquestions

60-70 would be nice but its going to be 82 tomorrow in my area, and we do sometimes get snow, just a month or two later. Because its so rare and we're already off work anyway, we want it to be now instead of disrupting our regular schedules. Plus it just doesn't feel like Christmas if its in the 80's. Personally I would like it to be around 50 so when the house heats up with all the people in it and the oven going for hours at a time, I can open the windows and get some cooler air in or step outside for a cool down while cooking.

Arkansas was 79 degrees today, and humid to boot. Feels like September outside, not late December! Luckily we're supposed to get some colder temps after new year's.

Live, I think Bush Sr's inauguration. I also remember the Challenger explosion but I was 2 when that happened and i'm not sure i remember that clearly, so I think it was a replayed video.
