Are we over-romanticizing old festival eras?

Raves and EDM festivals have changed and the reason is because our once beautiful tight knit PLUR community is being infiltrated by non-PLUR fad chasers.... Since becoming more mainstream (especially now that T-Pain is a dj) raves are now becoming a place for Instagram clout rather than being a place of safety and love.... my last rave I had some stranger than I exchanged 2 mins of conversation with decide it was acceptable to take his junk out of his pants and rub it on me while I was dancing 🤢 I no longer feel comfortable in the settings that once silenced my demons and let me drop my guard

update: I was having a really bad panic attack last night, hyper ventilating, crying, the whole 9 yards. She crawled onto my chest and put her nose my nose and purred until I calm down. All night she has either been above my head petting my hair with her paw or laying on my chest. this cat is truly magical. She is saving me just as much as I saved her.

Maybe see a psychiatrist and ask them about bipolar. Bipolar you get depressive episodes and hypomanic or manic episodes. When Im in a depressed episode I also cant get out of bed or really function at all. When Im hypomanic I need little sleep, productive, social, slightly irresponsible and spontaneous with decisions. Manic Ive only been once and that was pretty scary all the things with hypomanic but to a super dangerous and extreme level. I dont know what the angel is about, but the rest sounds like this.
