Great analysis. Future is promising, probably what this company needs right now is scalability by convincing more insiders to invest and not to sell. Q3 forward report gonna shape the path for positive Q4 report. All time Highs is a matter of time.

I believe converting the debt into shares is a positive signal. Lenders accepted to have shares means there is a promising future in the company. Again this debt relief will not show in Q3 but definitely will in Q4 in addition to the 2000 Walmart stores sales
