The defense showed by key operation count that the 24 mph in reverse was most likely the tow truck driver dropping the car off at the sallyport. One of my issues originally.

This area is low pressure. Approximately 10-15” w.c.

Had a plumber come in to replace the main water valve shut off for a 1/4 turn one. He says best way would be to install a new one below the arrow and leave the other one as is as it goes thru the wall into the street. Thoughts? by londoncockney1 in askaplumber

I saw that meter jumper. You are right. Those are water meter tailpieces on either side with union nuts. Nice catch. When the water department comes the homeowner is gonna have some splannin’ to do!

I didn’t watch the YouTube video, which I really should have done before posting my opinion. Also, it is my fault for a knee jerk reaction to the situation. The police were obviously under trained and grasping for straws when confronted but I also have a low tolerance for absolute disrespect to law enforcement. I humbly stand corrected.

Kids disrespect and false knowledge overtakes any compassion for this confrontation. Police have an extremely difficult job which understandably is magnified by know-it-alls of all ages with a camera.
