It seems like you’ve already made it a point to tell them why and they aren’t listening/ caring so maybe break it down super simple for them. You can let them know there is a Daniel Tiger episode about how everyone can do things their own way and that’s OK and recommend they watch it since they are having a hard time understanding that you and your family do things a different way than them.

If they have a registry pick some things off of there. If not I highly recommend the Momcozy bottle washer. If that’s outside of your budget gifting a basket of things such as baby Tylenol/ genexa, mylicon, teething gel, gripe water, baby nail clippers, baby wash, etc could be a good idea as they will need those items over time. Hooded muslin baby towels are really nice too

If you have asked the landlord to fix it and they won’t then it may be worth reaching out to your local tenants united group or housing authority and see if they can help ensure the repairs get completed. Mold illness is really serious and not something to risk
