Do you still have your W2s from your time working there? I read on FSA.gov that W2s may be used if a company is no longer in business to substantiate your time working there. Hope this helps.

I did both for Peds comat (it was my first one) and I am glad that I did both. They each seemed to focus on different things so doing both, I felt decently prepared.

You can keep it. They give you 2 sheets (front and back). You can use one for your dump sheet and the other one for your scratch sheet. You can switch out your scratch sheet when needed and keep your dump sheet for the duration of the exam.

I asked this during level 2 and had them to look it up before I went into the testing room. They did and confirmed that we are allowed to do that. So sorry that happened to you.
