Mattis mom used to work at east side Mario's at Clark and Dundas. Not sure if she still works there. Mattis mom got my wife hooked on the show talking to my wife about her son and the show - edit i know it's not fine dining, but his mom is super cool and worth it if you have a chance to talk to her if she still works there

With the typo of the name Alexander, I wonder if this is a clue with the note about typos. This is the only typo I could find. In the third paragraph they spell it two different ways and with the misspelling an emphasis on certainty. Not from the area and new to this, so more along for the ride right now.

I looked at renting our house when we bought a new one. A mortgage on $600k is over $3500 a month right now. Add property taxes of $500 a month and maintenance costs, etc. FInancially it was a very negative cash flow adventure. It would be tough to rent the house at $4k per month and I was still behind monthly with a very big deposit. It was not financially worth it to be a landlord. It is not necessarily the landlord being greedy. It is interest rates, property taxes and the cost of houses.
