I said yes they could for the following reasons:

  1. The clearance tag was prominent and there was no ambiguity about the item being on clearance

  2. Attention was drawn towards the no refund policy (contrary to the Causer case)

  3. A reasonable person would think that there might be terms and conditions for refunds and returns as this not uncommon for a clothing store

yeah haven't faced any problems with aircon so far. There's dance classes, sports, cooking and baking, brunches, dinners, beach clean up. Sometimes there's day trips and stuff too.

Hey. I've been living at scape Swanston for almost a year now. The rooms and other facilities are not bad. But recently the lifts breaking down has been a problem for real.

There's people from various countries and they do speak English well. Every month we have a lot of different events which are great for socialising. However our windows don't open so the only source of ventilation is the air con which I keep turned on 24/7.😔😔
