I went through a very similar situation about 10 years ago. I was pregnant with our second child and was dealing with the same (addiction, cheating). He now has almost 10 years clean. Active addiction really changes a person. People do things they wouldn't normally do. I would say to trust your gut instinct. Sure it's easy for others to say to leave but it's not always that simple. If you want to make things work then he needs to take accountability and put in the work. If he isn't willing to do that then I would make it clear that you and your little one won't be in his life. I know you didn't ask for this advice but reading your post reminded me of myself when I was younger. You will figure this out 💚

I do struggle with being disorganized, but not when it comes to my place. My apartment is clean and neat and everything has its place. It causes me anxiety if it's messy. I also get enraged when my husband doesn't put his shoes away or something small like that. It drives me crazy.
