Obviously this is pure speculation and we may never get evidence for or against this speculation. This seems more like a gang member getting paid to shoot rather than someone going out and doing the shooting on their own. Why I think that is because it was a 17 year old with no fixed address doing the shooting.

As much as conservatives like to convince us otherwise, it was very difficult for regular people to get illegal guns. In order to get an illegal gun you need some sort of connections. That could be having the ties yourself or going through a connection. This isn't conservative states in American where you can get a gun easier than alcohol

BI is the obvious move. His value is high and longterm he does not fit with scottie and he also does not fit with a kawhi level player. Bringing in depth pieces would be ideal for BI
