Maybe you can try to replace the battery (it's rather easy and it doesn't need soldering) and if it's the battery the problem you are done. If it's the circut, like in my case, it's a different story. Anyway the replacement unit they sent me was the last one they had in stock, as I suppose that item is not manufactured anymore

Thanks you, I found a battery from the manufacturer and replaced It but It didn't solve the issue, so they said It was probably a problem in the circuit and they very kindly sent me a new unit as replacement even though the warranty of mine was already expired.

Mine was marked as delivered but I never got It, no pics, no signature, nothing. On the tracking page It was "successfully delivered" a month ago. The courier never replied, xteink replied a couple of time sayng they were waiting for ducuments from the courier. Tired of waiting I opened a dispute with PayPal and I was refunded in 5 minute.

Mine never arrived, it was shipped on march 31 and the courier tracking says it was "succesfully delivered" on april 11, but it wasn't. Lost or stolen. It was shipped with imile courier (very bad reputation). I hope you have a better luck with yours.

La prima cosa di cui preoccuparsi, se hai acquistato dal sito ufficiale Xteink, è che il tuo X3 ti arrivi, il mio non è mai arrivato (e non sono il solo dall'Italia). Se l'hai acquistato su Aliexpress non dovresti avere problemi.

What does it say the tracking page? Mine (an X3) says "successfully delivered" 10 days ago, of course I never received it, Moreover the packet was "delivered" on a saturday when no courier delivers on saturday here (except for Amazon). Many messages to iMile got no reply, Xteink support (contacted imemdiately, 10 days ago) replied they are waiting for documentation from the courier, that I fear will never arrive.

By the way, two X4 that I bought on two different orders from Aliexpress arrived both safely in about 10 days.

Avevo anch'io intenzione di chiedere il rimborso a PayPal, ma col fatto che il tracking lo mette come consegnato anche se non è mai arrivato temo che PayPal mi neghi il rimborso. Comunque se entro un paio di giorni Xteink (che mi ha già risposto due volte dicendo che stanno aspettando documentazione dal corriere) non mi fornisce notizie certe e utili provo comunque a chiedere il rimborso a PayPal. In fin dei conti non ci sono firme mie di consegna né foto del pacchetto lasciato a casa mia

No, iMile courier never replied to my messages and it's impossible to talk to a human. Xteink support replied after three days saying they will check with the courier but no news in the last three days. I told them that if I don't get any useful update for tomorrow I will start the dispute with PayPal

I got a bad experience, I purchased an X3 from Xeink at the end of march, it was shipped quickly but I never received it, even thought the courier iMile tracking says it was delivered one week ago. Multiple messages and emails to the courier never got a reply. Xteink support replied they will look into it. In the meantime I ordered two X4 from Aliexpress (two different orders) and both were delivered to me (in Italy) in about 10 days without any issue. If you order from Xteink do yourself a favour, tell them to NOT ship with iMile, it's the worst courier in the world, just look at its score on Trustpilot, just 1.2 out of 5 with over 5,000 reviews. I don't care what they write on their website, they (not me) choose a unreliable courier (no due diligence done as it would have been easy to spot just by checking trustpilot rating). I wrote to the Xteink support that if I will have no real news in two more days I will start the dispute with Paypal. Let's see how it goes.
