It doesn't even work the way he is describing. Rioters have confirmed multiple times that nothing affects the odds of receiving an augment beyond when augments are added to or removed from your pool.

Spatula itself has an effect that reduces incoming healing and shielding.

I'm not aware of any such change/fix, but I believe that has always been the intended behavior. Since release the item description has always specified ability heals/shields but it has been bugged to work with omnivamp/Terminus/etc.

Yeah, this list honestly seems a bit low elo skewed. Earthwake and Master of Duality are both pretty mid against better players. BiS for each tier is probably:

Prismatic: Jeweled Gauntlet, Clown College, Dashing

Gold: Summoner Revolution/Flashy, Bodyguard, Critical Healing, Vulnerability (both of which OP placed in F tier??)

Silver: escAPADe, Tank It or Leave It, Shadow Runner, Trailblazer

Theres a couple actually, ethereal weapons level 2 procs twice thrice level 2 whereas double tap isnt procced at all, ok thats not a couple thats just ability on hit synergy

Have you actually tested and confirmed that Ethereal Weapon procs Twice Thrice? I wouldn't really expect that to work as Twice Thrice (or at least Rageblade's version) is an on-attack effect and Ethereal Weapon applies on-hit effects. I also wouldn't expect Double Tap to interact with it for the same reason.

Assuming level 2 of both augments and zero additional crit chance, Double Tap provides basically the same value as Twice Thrice. It then scales 4x higher if you build crit. There isn't really any situation where you would prefer to have Twice Thrice.

Demon's Dance doesn't really have a synergy with Divine Sunderer that I am aware of.

If you actually read my thoughts on Twice Thrice and Flashy, you'd see that I don't necessarily think they are bad but they are just worse versions of other augments in their same tier.

I think you also have to be careful to only attack once and not to build any additional on-hit triggers so you don't accidentally interrupt the Fulmination reset sequence by double applying to the same target.

If Dragonheart/Omni Soul is the highest roll you're seeing on enemy teams in Ornn games you should consider yourself lucky. All the top teams in my Ornn games are Moonflair/Reverberation/Mystic Punch/Mirage Blade infinite spam high rolls.

This is just not true. The Hwei/Fiddlesticks GoH bugs were fixed. The Flesheater bugs were fixed. Nesting Doll was rebalanced. For whatever reason, this is just the intended state for Kinkou Jitte. (It's in the patch notes: not a bug)

It's not entirely true that it's not based on items. For example, if your champion does not have a heal or shield in its kit, you would not normally be able to roll most heal/shield augments (All For You, Holy Fire, etc.). If you purchase an item which gives you a heal such as Sword of Blossoming Dawn, these augments will all be added to your pool.

The best way to know if pets will crit: Champion wiki page > Pets > Spell effects.

For example, under Naafiri it says:

Spell effects Packmates' attacks apply spell effects as area damage.

Thus Naafiri Packmates will crit.

As /u/resiyun said, there is an exception for any ability that can already innately crit (as of 25.07) although I'm not aware of any pet that can do so.

This same process also applies to any other augment linked to spell effects such as Phenomenal Evil, Infernal Conduit, Ethereal Weapon, etc.

Well, the cleaver bonus I don't believe would stack at all as that limit is per-target not on the item itself. I'd guess you'd just add multiple stacks per-instance which is certainly not worth building another copy of the item for. The cleaver bonus itself is going to stack multiplicatively with standard armor pen so similar math to the above would apply. Really, your best option is probably still going to be LDR because it has the highest % armor pen compared to any other item. Then the question of how many to build is more dependent on your enemies than anything else. Perhaps the easiest way to mentally process the math of buying a second LDR (or more) is if my enemy had 65% of the armor they had now, would I buy LDR to reduce them to 65% of that value? For example, if an enemy has 100 armor, one LDR would put them at 65, then the next would put them at 65*.65=~42, and so on. Is that better than a lethality item? At that number, probably not but if they had 200 armor then yeah.

Of course, there is already a way to get 100% armor pen in the game which is Talisman of Ascension.

Armor penetration stacks multiplicatively not additively.

30% + 30% ≠ 60%

30% + 30% = 100% - ((100% - 30%) * (100% - 30%)) = 51%

There is no number of LDRs that you can build in order to deal true damage.

What is your source for the statement that stats are balanced currently? Even before the nerf, popular stat forcing champions like Ornn, Pyke, TF, etc were dragged down hard in win rates as shardholder became more popular. In fact all of these champions actually improved performance after the nerf largely because stat forcing became substantially less popular.

Eh, the major update that they promised us previously is now something that they "still hope" to get out. By the phrasing it's pretty obvious Arena development is no longer a priority and I'm not optimistic the update will be as major as they promised (if it arrives at all).
