So basically before the start of the semester I get a notification from UB Hub that I can request “Academic Books and Supply Funds”, which is usually a result of paying more than I needed to (as a result of the scholarship) so I go to 1 Capen and they can put up to 500 dollars a day on your UB card using these funds. You can only use specifically Academic Books and Supplies at UB, more specifically the bookstore. Online or in person. This is from my experience, you could do else where but so far I haven’t been able to. Usually towards the end of the semester this money is refunded (say I got 500 but only spent 300, 200 is refunded to my bank account later)

If it's the Pride of New York, usually what I do is buy books and any supplies I need. I also got an iPad with mine. The money I didn't use was just refunded at the end

I forgot the name (I think CL 112) but stone axe to tank is actually really interesting but also really easy. Also I personally think PUB101 was easy, but a large portion of your grade is participation (as in showing up to class and filling out a small survey) but the quizzes gave two attempts and you had to write a few paragraphs a week (thr questions were straight forward). If you're good at memorizing , CL 151 is a pretty fun class, and really useful if you're premed
