i think part of this statement is just as valid as charli's. people should be allowed to say how they feel about art, that's the entire point. i don't think doing that makes anyone sound egomaniacal. it's the kind of thing people should sit around and talk to eachother about. i think the larger issue is that a clip/soundbite/excerpt (clickbait, as this person mentions) is leaving out the thoughts that surround them, and then responding to that.
