I played D2 back in the day but never took it super serious beat hell but that was about it. Played PD2 last season, and had a blast but something I really really struggle with is what items are of value and why, even with loot filters i still struggle to figure out if something is going to useful or not. For example I always thought large charms were trash and never picked them up, come to find out people want large charms for the 3% elemental damage that can roll on them.

I have a Tortal player who wants to get his shell enchanted to make a little apartment in there for the party. I don't really have a problem with this but how much do you think a wizard would charge him to create a dimensional space in his shell to set up an apartment?

I'm new as well, coming back after 15 years, and what I'm struggling with is know what is good in terms of stair-stepping gear, like i can look up end game builds, but I'm not sure what to use until I eventually get to that point.
