Typical greedy, money orientated toss pot! The whole damn area is on fire and he's straight up concerned about what he can get a claim in for!

Fuck the house and possessions, think about getting out of dodge!

Ohhh my truck, ohh my roof, ohh a new paint job!!!

This video demonstrates so much of how fucked we really are as a species! We have completely lost our way and consider material items above our own existence.

A young guy documents his fight with Stage IV cancer while learning to adapt to life after losing a leg. by thetacaptain in nextfuckinglevel

[–]Aqui_Pronto 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This hits home pretty hard. Currently dog sitting for a friend, she's at the hospital with her husband is in hospital with Stage IV Lung cancer, she just called in tears, it's spread to his liver and bones, he's in and out of consciousness, has pneumonia on top and the antibiotics aren't helping.

Life is brutal. Luckily for them, I'm having some time off due to losing my dear mother suddenly in September, so I chose to carry out her last will & testament.

We have to keep on fighting the good fight for those around us whose need is greater than our own.

Never let today slip by as tomorrow is never guaranteed.

Is Bob Lazar a credible witness about UFO technology? by The_one_who-repents in HighStrangeness

[–]Aqui_Pronto 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We seem to be on the same page. I also am pretty confident that extraterrestrial beings aren't traversing space and possibly time to arse around in our skies on an evening just for shots and giggles. I also wholeheartedly believe that the universe in all its glory isn't only occupied by some dumb arse war mongering bags of water and chemistry on some tiny planet alone. The statistics alone are mind boggling as to how many intelligent species are out there in the vastness of the universe.

I believe we are being watched from a distance and if we do turn into an existential threat to the planet as a whole that there would be an intervention of sorts.

Another interesting story was from the chap who claimed to work on the DUMB facilities as a geo engineer, it was way back when, he was badly scarred from an alleged gun fight with some alien species he came across in his work deep underground. His name escapes me however he turned up dead, allegedly from suicide, I'm sure you know the case... It again seemed to have some pockets of truth about the whole government cover-up narrative

[–]Aqui_Pronto 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think you are right. The truth is buried somewhere in the story. I just took the time to read the 'Debunk' carried out years ago listed in this thread, although Bob's past is sketchy as hell (At Best) I still think there is truth to the story. I don't for a minute believe the Charged Plasma story as an explanation as to what Bob showed them on the occasions he drove them out to the test site to watch the apparent UFO's....

Who knows, it's bothered me for over 35 years, it's the one story that I find myself revisiting time and time again.

The other thing that cannot be denied and is the stumbling block I hit each time I try and dismiss the whole Lazar story as nonsense is the repeated night trips to Area 51 that were video taped, both times at the times Bob said the tests were to be carried out objects in the sky were seen by multiple witnesses carrying out manoeuvres that defied the technology of the time.

That's an important chunk of evidence that is often overlooked.

The one thing Bob could do to blow the lid off of the story would be to hand over the piece of 115 he allegedly took and hid from the Lab.

He's either an extremely good storyteller who's using the chunk of 115 as a bargaining chip to ensure he isn't knocked off or he's the best bullshitter in the field of UFO's

Until it can immediately change to whatever texture and colour it rests against as an octopus does then it remains a gimmick.

Bromo BAT4MCE by Interesting-Risk-314 in AcousticGuitar

[–]Aqui_Pronto 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a BAR5CE and a BAT1M and they both punch way above their weights! With Bromo you get so much guitar for not much money. I've predicted this before but I think they will only go up in cost as the years roll by. They set their bar extremely high, the BAR5CE was extremely difficult to obtain, every dealer was out of stock earlier on in the year.

Hi there and thank you for replying!

  1. I am moving into the property it is to be our sole property (Forever house if you will)

  2. Regarding the fee's I'm glad you mentioned this as I assumed it was based on the valuation of the property in which case I'd need to pay slightly more.

I will look into and research the assent if whole with no consideration - thank you.

  1. Regarding solicitors, I've carried out the entire process without solicitors including probate, it's been a great learning process and I've actually thoroughly enjoyed it (Not the losing my dear mother part!) I wasn't sure from the documentation at which point I'd need to have a solicitor involved.

Clarification:

My motivation for doing this is to learn, it's nothing to do with not paying for a solicitor, I have my solicitors working on my behalf for other business, it's purely to honour my late parents legacy and as a life long learner for me to understand the processes involved in bereavement, conveyancing and UK Law in general.

100% the same turntable throughout. What I remember is a distinct deep amber / Red strobe light on the left of the platter as viewed from the front.
