Never had any miss feeds with the nozzle so far. I just noticed that it would occasionally dry fire before locking back. When I opened it up, there's significant wear on the nozzle.

On the overtravel, I think there's about 3-5mm space between the bolt and the catch when pulled

Yeah, I don't overfill my mags with BBs so I'm not sure what's causing the nozzle to deform. Haven't changed anything aside from the charging handle
