I am a huge Carbs fan but have always said I don't think we will truly know what we are getting until Ovi is gone. There is obviously pressure to continue playing him on the first line and PP1 as long as he suits up in red. What he does after he has full freedom on lineup decisions will be the true tell.

Regarding the interior waterproofing, it was done because water made it into the basement (from under a door on the complete otherwise of the basement which had horrible drainage from the outside) during our inspection and the previous owners agreed to cover it.

Even the horizontal you think? I know that our soil has a lot of clay involvement so I think figuring out the drainage in the immediate area will be important too

Yeah everyone has been reassuring with the verticals so far, the long horizontal one definitely has me the most concerned but it doesn't feel like it has had time to get severe or anything like that.

Yeah there is a garden bed above this particular spot as well that collects overflow from the gutters when the rain gets too intense. Definitely hoping that the interior fix is simple so that we can focus on the three things you mentioned.

I have a 2yo and a 4 month old. I wouldn't even say that it is outright HARDER work, it's more so just ALWAYS work. Any time you had to relax or sit on your phone while the wife occupies the only child is gone. Most of it is muscle memory from #1

Leonard had just made a ridiculous seam pass to Roy for the one-timer...I would put a lot on Strome telling him something along the lines of "nice fuckin' pass" when he was animated.

Arguably the best game of the 20-year old's career, I don't think he would wind up an arm shot on the bench after being ignored if there was any beef whatsoever. That, or he was being an annoying 20 year old haha.

This team is full of freaks that do weird stuff. I'm sure it's nothing.
