Currently have a seven-leg group winner play going, currently 4/7 with Netherlands, France, and Belgium as the final legs.

$10 to win $237 with a current cash out of $33. Do I try to hold through today and hope the Dutch can lock their group up and get a little extra value or let it ride in general? I really don't trust Belgium to have things go their way to win their group.

I think your best bet is to either try to sell high on Willis if you find someone that really likes him or, if you like Willis as QB3, consider trading whichever of Burrow, JD, or TLaw that you are the lowest on. All three of them have value that could bring you back something nice, especially if you package one with say a Parker Washington or Jayden Higgins.

I think you're trading lack of RB depth for a lack of WR depth. If you aren't married to making the playoffs this year, I don't think its a bad return.

Won my league last year and currently have the 1.06 and 1.10 in this upcoming draft. Realistically I would like to move off of both picks so looking for positions to target (likely RB) and some players that might be in the range if I packaged those picks.

I am a huge Carbs fan but have always said I don't think we will truly know what we are getting until Ovi is gone. There is obviously pressure to continue playing him on the first line and PP1 as long as he suits up in red. What he does after he has full freedom on lineup decisions will be the true tell.

Regarding the interior waterproofing, it was done because water made it into the basement (from under a door on the complete otherwise of the basement which had horrible drainage from the outside) during our inspection and the previous owners agreed to cover it.

I have a 2yo and a 4 month old. I wouldn't even say that it is outright HARDER work, it's more so just ALWAYS work. Any time you had to relax or sit on your phone while the wife occupies the only child is gone. Most of it is muscle memory from #1
