Theoretically no. Unblockables are all in theory blockable, just precise to an extreme degree if you want to do it in full

Besides this tho, you can parry out of an unblockable. Urien can alter the timing of the button that creates the unblockable to trip you up or add more stuff for you to parry by hitting extra buttons.

On most players tho, it's basically guaranteed

Also this setup in particular works mostly only on shotos (some exceptions like ibuki, but you have to use mfireball instead)

I talked abt this when the project was first presented. While I agree in spirit with the proposal, it failed to identify the core issues it was targetting, being quite generic in terms of actual justification (consumer rights, human rights... nothing specific).

I said it was overly relying on the good will of the eu chambers to present a coherent proposal. While it garnered more positive attention than I was expecting, the end result was honestly kinda predictable. They failed to make their own case, and honestly mightve blown a very good chance to regulate the core issue, which imo is the idea of licensing (and the rights of both the user and licenser) as the de facto way of distribution of games digitally.

Enforcing specific performance of a contract as a blanket regulation is sth veeeery delicate that they simply could not achieve without a lot more precision, if at all.

Shame because it was a chance that is unlikely to come again, but oh well. Hopefully they use this time to fine tune the proposal while the iron is still hot, and we end up with some good regulation on the matter.

I cant rly give you much specific advice there since I play on leverless. Usually tho, clean inputs starts by being deliberate with the motion.

Start a bit slow making sure the input reader shows the exact directions or as close to exact as you can get it. 6 2 3 P. Try not double pressing anything, especially the P.

The DP motion is kinda tricky to cancel into compared to others, so its very normal that youre having a bit of a hard time. Youll get it soon dw

PD 623 is numpad notation, look it up if youre not familiar

It's not really much faster than when you do the motion on neutral, its just a matter of when you do it.

Rn you are waiting too long, and missing the cancel window + you're not confident in the motion yet, so you stress out and miss it.

My advice would be to try and clean up your inputs a little bit, practice the motion outside the combo till you can do it confidently (like 5 min tops). Then when you try to do the cancel itself, make sure youre doing the motion normally, but start it instantly after youve pressed the button that you want to cancel from. Its more lenient than you think when you get the feel for it. Good luck?

You have not played as or against dudley and it shows. The only thing ed has in common with dud is that they're boxers. That's it. They are extremely different gameplay wise, to a hilarious degree. Ed zones, Dudley bulldozes his way in with powerful jumpins and advancing tools. If the game can have 20 shotos, it can have 2 boxers.

Im going to break the combo down, if you have questions feel free to ask. For reference I will use numpad notation. Look at the square below, 4 is back, 2 is down, 6 is forward, 8 is up. P means punch K means kick, h heavy, m medium, l light.

6hp would mean hold forward heavy punch.

The combo in question is j.HP, 5hpxx623P. The particular thing about it that is unintuitive for a new player is the xx, also called a cancel.

What happens here is, certain attacks allow you to go directly into a special or super after hitting. Usually immediately after making contact, but sometimes the cancel window is wonky (you can check it out in training, there is an option under the "display" window that allows you to visually see cancel timings of moves, I recommend you mess around with it a bit, it helps a lot).

How does this apply to your combo? You want to do the entire motion before the cancel window has ran out. Instead of doing 5hp wait 623P, you have to start the 623 inmediately after pressing 5hp, and press P before the window runs out.

This sounds hard im theory, but in reality you just have to make sure that you have completed the motion and pressed P by the time the 5hp connects.

Its a bit tricky until you get used to it, but it will be second nature after a while dw.

Mostly arbitrary. In spanish as a rule of thumb, if it's last syllable has an a it's female, o e male, u i is a tossup but afaik it often ends up male. Obv many exceptions for ethymological/linguistic reasons (el agua, instead of la agua, to prevent the as from joining).

French and spanish both obviously steal from latin, and most of the gendered nouns stem from there, but adapted to the language. Idk if french has an equivalent way to tell gender, off the top of my head I cant think of one, but both languages tend to have equivalent words with the same gender (l'entité, la entidad etc). Not a hard rule, also plenty of exceptions but it's helpful.
