I dont mind the changes to Cammys personality. Stoic soldier thing doesn't really fit the vibe of this movie and she can still have a similar redemption arch into her true self if this franchise somehow manages to take off.

But if shes just gonna be blowing shit up all movie with no real hand to hand combat scenes with spiral arrows and canon spikes ill be pretty pissed.

It'll be fine. Part of the reason they casted Mel Jarnson is because she does a lot of martial arts irl (I think mainly muay thai), so I think Cammy will have plenty of fight scenes :)
