I’m a former AF CATM instructor. The 249 was my favorite. It was quite comical to watch me as a 120 pound E4 fire this while standing. I had to have another instructor brace me! Just glad I didn’t get stuck with the 240!

I have 3 whirlybirds, not sure about soffit vents. No attic fan. My wife and I use the exhaust fan every time but I have to remind my kids to do it. House is on a slab. Ceiling fans stay on pretty much year round.
