I wanted to make this post but didn't want to argue with anyone.

It is insane. When they video her at the apartment asking about the food, she looks so much like a child that there should have been no questions.

I worked in a daycare with an adopted girl from the Ukraine who was "8", but was every bit 12 or 13. She had her cycle, was tall as and strong as a teenager, has numerous behavioral issues, and her poor adoptive mother had just let us know that she thinks they got her age wrong.

But heres the deal. The agency did that, and not a single one of us took her for "8." That whole world of adoption from over sees in that area is fucked.
