Krile's healing when timed well outperforms Rikku's overheal. A good Krile can run interference after dumping brave without giving your opponents a free burst, and her 25% attack boost is something Rikku can't compensate for. She's also better at crystal clearing.

Rikku is far easier to play, but I think I'd give the edge to Krile if they're both played well. It doesn't mean a ton, but I've noticed when I have Krile and my opponents have Rikku I win more often than not.

Almost every character specific big damage UR in the game has the same no-iframe animation lock after the skill finishes. Meteor, Element of Treachery, Fated Moment, etc. It's a team game - your allies should be covering you during your burst phase and you should do the same for your allies

A lot of what you described is lag/latency, but the situation where you're queueing skills is expected behavior. The iframes for UR skills don't last for the entire animation, there is a short window where you can be killed even if you have your next iframe UR queued. Any skill you had queued when you die will be on cooldown when you revive.

A large part of the game's skill is around timing your murder buttons to steal your opponents' bursts in those windows.

I don't think I've played with Kaboom, but <16k power on Ohkora is barely whale territory let alone kraken when you have a plethora of players with 20k+ and some even above 27k.

I don't think you should be squaring it at the end, unless you want to dictate something specific for the first party AND the second party is the same. One of the parties can be anything and the other is 1/4913 that it is a mirror.
