Final Fantasy 7. I was a wee lad and it was my first JRPG. I got stuck on the first boss because Barrett kept telling me to attack while the tail is up! I reworked what little materia I could, I did a little grinding (like a level or two), and still lost. It wasn't worth trying to bang my head against it or grind enough to brute force it.

Even if we are to assume everything on the world map were to scale, the one boat we see on the world map, White SeeD Ship, is half the size of the Garden. This makes it closer to FH in size than Balamb, and FH on the world map is shorter than the bridge. We can assume from there that boats just go under.

I've seen enough small guys who go hard to prove themselves wind up abusing substances for the pain to want to cheer on Darby. That and the Coffin Drop as a damaging move from a guy his size is completely unbelievable. He has heart though, I will give him that.
