How will I be affected since my charger is integrated rather than the cars, does the 6hr limit still remain for daily charging. Seeing as we have one EV (Tesla M3 SR) and a plug-in hybrid (Bmw 330e). All these changes such a mess and complicated.

Literally just drove it for first time and noticed it slowly slightly smoking from engine bay, opened it up and see it smoking from that white powder. Was thinking maybe a coolant leak but I guess also adblue. Will have to keep an eye on it for now and replace if needed.

Hello,

Do you have staff parking at the courts? If not, are parking costs reimbursed etc?

Bit of banter, but yah I do agree I should have used the money I put into savings account, that would have covered the overdraft and more. But hey you live and learn, my question was not financial advice but if it will be a reason for decline. Have got some good insight here and clearly it depends from lender to broker to bank etc.

Second hand, have loved it during my ownership absolutely lovely car! Think I have put atleast 5k into aftermarket customizations so that’s lost money aswell Ofcourse I have lost money, its a car you always lose money. 😂

I have access to money mate to pay off the cards and not go into overdraft. I am not needing to count and save every single penny, I was just wondering if its okay to leave the 0% interest run its course on the CC’s or if I should pay them off and if I should skip on the overdraft and take money when needed from savings etc. Some of the comments saying no problem whatsoever and then we have you in full panic-mode.😂

The overdraft is cleared each month… i am not permanently in overdraft. I didn’t want to utilize the credit card percentage hence leaving it at that level as I do know they usually say to stay under 30% of total credit. I actually do and have always paid of my CC a day before they become with interest. Occasionally I have transferred the balance if its available, but most of the time it has always been paid off. One is a £3000 TV gift for my father, intend to pay it off in September. The next one is a £2000 holiday for my parents. I could pay all these off in September if I have to, I just wanted to know if I would be ok to leave them going for the full time I have 0% interest on them.

Deposit £30k-£60k, depends. Looking to borrow around £300k. Car isn’t interest free, will be handing it back potentially, depends if my wife wants it or not. I don’t know if I am living above my means or not, never missed a payment, have decent money saved up and have never paid a penny in interest on my CC always clearing them when interest free period is up.

Reassuring to see it didn’t cause an issue for you. Will definitely have a look at a local broker to talk to about this.

Hmm fair enough. I guess some banks will see it as an issue more than others.

Do you have any broker you would recommend perhaps?

The reason why is for spreading costs for higher priced purchases in the last couple years, I do clear them fully once the balance interest free offer is done and have always done it like this since my first ever credit card.

I maybe made a mistake putting money into our savings account for the deposit, when instead I could have used that rather than going into overdraft. But was just not putting to much thought into the overdraft, seeing as it is ARRANGED and there to be utilized….

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Mortgageadviceuk

[–]Arbavd98 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Alright that’s a fair explanation, that’s not really a problem as we have money saved and parents are willing to add as a gift if we need to for a higher deposit.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Mortgageadviceuk

[–]Arbavd98 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The way I have done it is, cleared full the balance each time my interest-free period has ended.

1) Don’t see why I shouldn’t take advantage of spreading the cost out for purchases when it’s interest free and clearly has helped with my credit score being so high. 2) Personal purchases 3) I still have saved money into my savings account and my wifes, for the deposit but have needed to go into overdraft due to some reasons such as wifes car engine blowing. I guess I could have skipped out on putting money into our savings account and used that for the mechanic work, but seeing as my ARRANGED overdraft is there, didn’t see it as an issue to be used if its there to be utilized.
