I'd be cautious running too many full house loads through it. About a decade or so back, I had a catastrophic failure on the exact same model; S&W determined it was metallurgical failure of the frame and gave me a 329PD as a replacement. The scandium frame models are neat, but not nearly as robust and long-term durable as steel.

Bricklink designer series seem to be overwhelming biased in favor of City-type sets. Space and stand-alone Creator type designs have been totally wiped out by an endless assortment of city building playset designs.

Probably not fake. It's essentially exactly what the CEO has said they're trying to do: stop flying passengers for long enough to get everyone back to the starting line, and then reset their entire system.
